Receiving E-Mail with Netscape Navigator 3.0

Our Netscape Navigator tutorial shows how to setup Navigator to retrieve email from your vpwebhosting.com accounts. To configure Navigator, follow the simple instructions below.

Open Navigator and choose "Options" from the menu bar.

Choose "Mail and News Preferences".

We will use the example of an account with vpwebhosting.Com with the fol-lowing account info:

Domain name: xyz.com
Userid: abcdefg

In the "Preferences" dialog box, click on the "Servers" tab. Fill in the boxes as follows:

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: xyz.com
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: mail.atyourisp.com
POP3 User Name: abcdefg

Now, click on the "Identity" tab. Fill in the boxes as follows:

Your Name: Your Name
Your Email: abcdefg@xyz.com
Reply-to Address: something@xyz.com

Then click on "OK".
