If your request to modify a domain name record requires authorization from the domain name Registrant, please use the form below to create an authorization letter. After you select "Process Form" you may:

Print it directly onto the Organization's letterhead or stationery
OR cut and paste text into text processing software
OR "save as" fax.txt for editing with text processing software and print onto your letterhead
OR use the form as a guideline and type up a duplicate letter on your letterhead

Sign the letter and fax to Network Solutions at (703) 834-1852. Please retain your fax transmission receipt including the date, time and number from which the fax is sent.
